Designing and delivering the first UK wide Further Education (FE) commissioning process for NextGen Skills Academy’s Level 3 Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills (NextGen Skills Academy)
Market Research: Level 4 Higher Level Apprenticeship in Creative & Digital Media. Working with digital and interactive industries and education providers to identify and address skills needs and shortages in Wales (Creative Skillset Cymru) with Alison Bown and Stephen Grey
Further Education (FE) Provider business planning and digital learner market research. Working with FE Creative Industries departments to develop their capacity to deliver vocational education courses (Creative Skillset Cymru)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our recent client work has included:
Project Management for Arts Council of Wales – Creative Learning through the Arts-an action plan for Wales. 10 month set up and inception of £20 million Arts Council and Welsh Government invested project to raise education standards through embedding creativity into the curriculum of schools in Wales
EVENT PRODUCTION
We offer a full event management and production service for all your business needs. We successfully deliver training courses, creative industries workshops, festivals, launch events, staff inductions, film and TV awards and premieres as well as internationally focused events.
Our recent client work has included:
BFI (British Film Institute) Film Academy Network programme 2016: Delivery of 16-19 animation and VFX workshops for BFI Academy in Swansea, Wales in partnership with NextGen Skills Academy (BFI).
U.S Markets: Breaking in. Delivery and full management of a week-long international training programme for U.S and U.K TV Drama production talent (Fiction Factory Films & Severn Screen) working with Dan Thomas.
Delivering film premieres – Co-ordinating press, media, local talent and ‘end to end’ event management, guest lists and promotion (Concorde Media).
